The objective of this program is to produce graduates who have a tremendous opportunity in the Civil Engineering profession (Assistant Engineers, Site Supervisors or Site Safety Supervisors), whether in government or the private sector such as construction, consultancy or developer.
In practice this course includes sub discipline combination of construction engineering, traffic engineering, structural engineering, geotechnical, drainage and waste water engineering and engineering survey. However, specialization in Civil Engineering is more emphasis on technical skills in construction safety. Specialization will be equipped with knowledge and techniques based on safety-related standards.

OR
O-Level with at least C grade in 3 subjects including MATHEMATICS and one of the Science / Technical / Vocational / English subjects;
OR
Passed Certificate of Engineering / Engineering Technology (Level 3, MQF) with at least CGPA of 2.00;
OR
Vocational / Technical Certificate / Certificate of Skill ** in relevant fields recognized by the Government of Malaysia or equivalent to one work experience in relevant field or a minimum of one semester of bridging program and pass SPM with at least 1 credit;
** Only Level 3 Certificate of Sijil Kemahiran Malaysia (SKM) will be accepted.
OR
Passed Community College Certificate (Level 3, MQF) in the field of obtaining at least CGPA 2.00;
OR
Any other equivalent qualification recognised by the Malaysian Government
