Bachelor of Business Administration (Hons) Human Resource Management - UPTM
The BBA (Hons) Human Resource Management is an undergraduate programme in which the core human resource disciplines are enriched, later allows the students to embark on careers in fields as varied as human resource, business, management and marketing.
This programme is offered to graduates with diploma in human resource management and other related fields, as well as STPM, matriculation and certificates/foundation programmes accredited by MQA. The programme features a mix of theoretical, practical, and applied subjects explored and developed over the three and a half academic years.
It is designed to develop students’ knowledge, skills and understanding of key functions of managing people in today’s business environment. The students are also required to undergo industrial training in industry. This training is for a period of 14 weeks in semester 7. The objective of this training is to expose students to real working environment in the industries.
The programme is intended to produce graduates, who have acquired the human resource management expertise and intellectual skills in areas including organizational behavior, industrial relation, recruitment and selection, performance management, occupational health and safety, career development and Human Resource Information System.

Entry Requirement :
Passed Sijil Tinggi Persekolahan Malaysia (STPM) with minimum C grade in any two (2) subjects and passed in Mathematics and English in SPM Level or equivalent

Passed Sijil Tinggi Agama Malaysia (STAM) with at least grade Jayyid and passed in Mathematics and English in SPM Level
OR
Matriculation/Foundation with minimum of CGPA 2.00 from 4.00 OR any other equivalent qualifications.
