BANGI | 4 July 2018 | MEMORANDUM OF AGREEMENT EXCHANGE CEREMONY BETWEEN KPTM BANGI AND DUBLIN BUSINESS SCHOOL (DBS IRELAND)

Kolej Poly-Tech MARA (KPTM) Bangi campus today has Memorandum of Agreement Exchange Ceremony Between KPTM Bangi and Dublin Business School (DBS Ireland) as a continuation of collaboration between DBS Ireland and KPTM Bangi in KPTM Bangi's program which is the Bachelor of Arts (Honours) in Accounting and Finance (BAAF).

The BAAF graduates’ marketability can be proud of because 80 people or 86% of BAAF students who just completed their studies last month have received job offers while the rest are waiting for an interview call.

Furthermore, agreement exchange today is the continuation of collaboration that has been sealed along five years ago to ensure that this program continues and the two ways relationship between KPTM Bangi and DBS Ireland may continue well to create accredited chartered accountants.

DBS selected KPTM Bangi to manage BAAF program in Malaysia since September 2014 aligned with KPTM Bangi’s status as the main campus for Business Management and Accounting KPTM course. When KPTM Bangi received the 6 Star Ratings in MyQUEST 2016/2017 by the Ministry, it had proven the quality of KPTM Bangi’s credibility is certain as a higher education administrator.

Students have the opportunity to take ACCA exam papers with full exemption before graduating and enjoying the most benefits offered by ACCA through this program. Hopefully, this excellent collaboration between KPTM Bangi and DBS will continue to the higher level. All 42 delegates attended this ceremony consisting of 40 representatives from KPTM and 2 representatives from DBS.

The agreement exchange ceremony takes place between YBhg. Mr. Nordin bin Ahmad, KPTM Chief Executive Officer with Mr. Andrew Conlan-Trant, DBS Ireland Executive Dean.
